Policy on Late Arrivals and No Shows

 

At Elevate Barber Studio, we value the time of both our clients and our staff. In order to maintain an efficient and respectful environment, we have implemented the following policy regarding late arrivals and no shows:

 

1. Late Arrival Policy:

   - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A late arrival is defined as arriving after the scheduled appointment time.

   - If a client arrives late, their appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on the availability of our staff. If the appointment can still be accommodated, the client will be charged an additional fee.

   - The late arrival fee will be $10 to $15, depending on the duration of the delay and the type of service booked.

 

2. No Show Policy:

   - A "no show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.

   - Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will be charged the full fee for the missed service.

 

3. Exceptions:

   - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you anticipate being late or unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

   - Exceptions to the late arrival and no show policy may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of management.

 

4. Reservation Deposit:

   - To secure appointments, a deposit may be required for certain services or for clients with a history of late arrivals or no shows. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
